Monitor API Usage with the Combain Portal
Here is a quick introduction of how to monitor your API usage, manage your API keys, and test lookups directly in the Combain Portal.
• Log In
Go to portal.combain.com and log in with your Combain account.
If you do not have an account, sign up at combain.com.
• Check API Statistics
Select Statistics from the left menu.
View total and historical API activity.
Filter by API key or request type.
Use the calendar to select a custom time range.
This view enables you to track usage trends, analyze performance, and identify unusual activity.
• Manage API Keys
Under API Keys, you can:
View all your API keys and their remaining credits.
View key-specific details, including creation date and permissions.
Disable or replace keys as needed for security or maintenance purposes.
Each key’s usage is logged in the Statistics view, letting you verify performance or detect overuse.
• Test the API
In the API section, you can experiment directly with the Combain Location API.
Choose Sample Query to load example requests for different radio types (Cell ID, WiFi, BLE).
Alternatively, you can manually enter your Input Type and send a lookup request.
The API returns coordinates (latitude, longitude) and optional metadata.

• Manage Users
Go to Users in the left menu.
Add new users with the orange plus button.
Choose between Admin and Standard user roles.
Admins manage keys, credits, and users. Standard users can view statistics and perform lookups.
• View Coverage
Select Coverage to visualize Combain’s network data:
Explore available radio types by country.
View cell tower density and signal distribution.
Access optional Coverage Heatmaps for more detailed insight.
• Get Help
Click “Help” in the main menu to access Combain Support.
You can also contact the team directly through the Support Page.
