Combain's 5G Positioning Engine Lab-Verified

<5m Accuracy with 40MHz bandwidth UL-TDOA

Combain’s 5G Positioning Engine has been successfully verified in the lab using UL-TDOA with 40MHz bandwidth, achieving sub-5-meter accuracy. The setup used the Druid Raemis 5G core and was designed for private network scenarios. Results indicate that sub-1-meter accuracy is achievable with 100MHz. We’re ready to support customer lab trials starting in August.

We’re excited to announce that the Combain 5G Positioning Engine has been successfully lab-verified using UL-TDOA (Uplink Time Difference of Arrival) with 40MHz bandwidth. The tests were conducted with the Druid Raemis 5G core, simulating private network deployments.

The lab results show a positioning accuracy of under 5 meters. This significant milestone demonstrates the effectiveness of Combain’s 5G positioning technology in private 5G environments. Based on these findings, we expect sub-1-meter accuracy when operating with 100MHz bandwidth, enabling highly accurate outdoor and indoor location services for industrial, enterprise, and public safety applications.

The Combain 5G Positioning Engine supports a comprehensive set of standardized positioning methods, including UL-TDOA, DL-TDOA, RTT, and E-CID. It is fully integrated with Combain’s global Cell ID positioning database, making it a robust and scalable solution for private network operators who demand high-precision tracking.

We are now ready to support customer lab trials starting in August. If you’re developing or testing private 5G networks and require advanced positioning capabilities, contact us to schedule your trial.

Let’s unlock the power of precision in private 5G—together.
